I want to start by saying this—I’m so glad you’re here. Truly. Because the fact that you’ve taken the time to land on this page tells me something important: you’re ready. Maybe you don’t feel ready. Maybe you’re scared, unsure, or wondering if change is even possible for you. That’s okay. It’s more than okay. Because right here, in this moment, all you need to do is show up. And look at you. Here you are.
I know how hard this moment can be because I’ve been there, too. My story is one of giving, losing, falling apart, and eventually, rising back up. For most of my life, I lived for everyone else. I poured from an empty cup again and again, convinced it was my purpose to endlessly give, fix, and hold things together. But over time, the cost of neglecting myself became too much to bear.
I found myself at rock bottom in my 40s. A painful divorce, toxic relationships that drained me, and the overwhelming feeling of being stuck left me questioning everything. Who was I outside of the roles I was playing? Could I really start over, at my age, with the odds stacked against me? For a long time, I wasn’t sure. But one day, I made a promise to myself—I wasn’t going to settle for survival anymore.
Rebuilding my life didn’t happen overnight. It took time, tears, and a lot of soul-searching. I had to unlearn toxic patterns, release guilt, and finally give myself permission to prioritize my own happiness. Piece by piece, I put myself back together. Through mindfulness, movement, leaning into my independence, and learning to trust my instincts again, I found peace that I never thought was possible.
And do you know what? That same peace, that same freedom, is possible for you, too.
