This 8 week program is designed to help you develop mindfulness practices and effective stress management techniques. Throughout the program, we will work together to help you build resilience, reduce stress, and increase your overall well-being.
Two coaching calls each week (90 minutes for your first and last, 60 minutes for 10 coaching calls over the course of the 8 weeks, to work together toward your goals)

This 90 minute session is meant to help you fill in the blanks. You are already on a journey to better yourself but something is missing and you can't quite put your finger on it.
We will work together to help you identify areas of your life that are more than a little out of balance. You will walk away feeling more confident in the areas of your life that need more boundaries and/or healthy habits formed.
This is a 12-week package designed to help you make informed choices about your nutrition, create a personalized meal plan, and develop sustainable approach to healthy eating. Over the course of this program, you will gain confidence in your nutritional decisions and build habits that support your well-being.
