Living with chronic pain can be a frustrating and overwhelming thing. Receiving the diagnosis of fibromyalgia may be a relief (to finally have an answer) or only add to the frustration (due to doctors not always believing it exists or even knowing how to treat it). This is where I can help.
I have lived with fibromyalgia over half my life. Through a lot of trial and error, I've learned to manage through fitness and nutrition. And now I'd like to extend that experience and knowledge to help you do the same.
Here's what you'll get when working with me in our 30-45 minute sessions:
- We'll start by assessing where you are now (nutrition, fitness level, symptoms, etc)
- We'll work to identify triggers (stress, movements, foods, etc) so that you can begin to avoid them
- We'll then work together to help you build a nutrition and fitness plan that works for you
Sessions will be via Zoom or telephone.
Remember, there is no one size fits all. That's why its so imperative to find what works for you specifically and to build a plan based on that.
