As someone who has managed fibromyalgia since I was 19 and CIRS more recently, I understand the complexities of living with chronic health conditions. I've dedicated myself to managing these conditions holistically through diet, movement, supplements, and mindfulness practices.

With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and over 15 years of experience in mental and behavioral health, and certified as a life coach, personal trainer, yoga instructor, and nutrition coach. My mission is to offer guidance and support to women, helping them navigate life's challenges and discover their true potential. This allows me to get a snapshot of you so I know what to address in our meeting and allows us to focus on what matters most. You and your well-being! Otherwise, come as you are! There's no special preparation required. 

What if I don't see any opening appointments that work with my schedule?
If you can't find a suitable appointment slot, don't worry! Just reach out to me directly, and we'll find a time that fits your schedule. I'm committed to ensuring you get the support you need.
